Okay emails have been sent re Rainfire. Sorry I have been slow but I have not fired up the big computer... I am exploring the joy of anxiety attacks. Yay. Ish. ANYway, it's been good just messing around on the interwebs via my devil-phone. SO glad that we are going out to eat on Tday. I do NOT want to look at any freakin leftovers, or wash a mountain of dishes.

Oh Jeff...are you here? What is this asking for winter to come down here? 29F on Thursday? We are going to eat roast because...we let the turkey loose on Staten Island. Don't ask me why or how I did that... NO MORE COLD FRONTS!!!!

So, Phil got on his plane in Florida. No pat down and no backscatter. He is disappointed. I will leave to pick him up in KC in a couple of hours. I will be making T-day pies tomorrow. Everyone is welcome! And as a general note, when the 3 year old says, "I know!" and rushes from the room, it is best to follow her.

YAY Shahar! The pies are baked. The crossoints are baked. The cookies are done. The muffins are done. The brownies are done. The celery and onions are chopped. The chocolate-peppermint bark is made and chopped. The candied sweet potatoes are oven ready. The deviled eggs are done. The cheese is sliced. I think that I am done in the kitchen for now. [:)]

Just the main course now? It is just me, Mom and my brother, so we are doing up a roast in the slow cooker. Mom made an apple cake and took it to one of our neighbors. I did not know until Mom told me that they are on the downside of poverty. They have only one light for the entire trailer. Told mom that my lamps in the storage shed should be given to them. I wonder where mom has hidden the fudge now...
