i didnt read all the entries but if you are into herbals check out a herb called feverfew

good luck

I've been using feverfew for years to help with my migraines. It has lessened them. I still get headaches and mild migraines but nothing like the 'omg-i-wanna-curl-up-in-a-ball-and-die' migraines I used to get. When I can get the dried herb I make a tea out of it and drink two cups a day.* If not I take it in capsule form at two a day as well.

*Side note. If using as a tea it is bitter and will need to be sweetened. It is best to use (in  my opinion) unfiltered honey. And don't use much...a teaspoon at the most.
