Now to answer your post seriously..
To me the word love is over used in life. I can be content in many ways, and i like that part of me. I was in love with my late husband. I like to be able to do things for someone, and in doing so i find contentment. The word love doesn't have to play into for me.

Maybe people should just give prominence to the concepts that matter to them for their relationships....
Which, coming full circle, would lead them to a state of "contentment".
No... since some individuals might find contentment to be less than desirable...

thats the trouble with love it's a chameleon
No, it may look that way because different people need differnt things in order to be loved, but love is always that which creates balance; either within, or in relation to someone/thing else.

people mistakenly feel they're in love when they just have an erection or are wet

I choose to love them, by accepting their choice, and love myself, by not becoming ‘that’ intimately involved with them.

Love and contentment go hand in hand for me and without both of those present I'm simply not interested in anything less.
