For asking a question?   I was reading another post and she said this "ok, I seem to have a problem with communication with my master, girl has asked several questions which has gotten girl into trouble so girl puts it to other Masters"   Personally   I've tried to encourage questions in most situations.  My attitude it The only dumb questions is one not asked.

Have you ever gotten upset by them asking a question or gotten yelled at for asking one?

The only question that raised my ire was,

"Well, wouldn't You prefer not to know, since you have so much on your plate...?"

I'll confess, my teeth were gritting a bit when I replied,

"Priorities, girl.  you happen to be right near the top of them, so don't ever assume for a moment that I don't want to know when something is troubling you!"

I'm like dat.

Nope, he's never given me grief for my questions. Not even the intentionally silly ones.

No.

The only time I get upset is when they refuse to listen to the answers.

I'd sit down for a serious discussion if they put something to a board of anonymous people before mentioning it to me- especially if it was regarding our own relationship.

Honestly, there are dumb questions, even asked ones.  And I DO get annoyed at my partner for asking particular questions, if I've already given that information or it isn't relevant to the specific issue and I'm stressed.  At this point though, we've enountered those bumps well enough that he knows when to pay attention, when to ask questions, how to ask them well, and when to wait.  It rarely happens anymore.

If  a sub is not of high enough priority to justify answers, the Dom/me is not giving the sub a high enough priority to justify the sub being with the Dom/me.
Just my thinking.

However, if the sub is not giving enough priority to listening to the answers given, then the reverse of the above is true.

You're not talking "TPE" or as I say "ultimate authority transfer"- you're talking about a particular sort of obedience oriented relationship which a particular person chooses to have.

Once again, another enlightening post by the "Twue Lifestyler" Faerytattogirl (one of the few on this site I might add as she has consantly pointed out in the past) about the One True Only Way of How Things Really Are in BDSM.

Sounds like a great fantasy. Might be why it didn't work out.

Pretty much never.  I can only imagine him giving me grief over it if I used it as a tool for anything beside getting more information from him---ie annoying him or trying to persuade him after a decision has been made.

its a relationship that many on here seek.  it is why so many relationships fail because it isnt an actual relationship.  more so you are just being used and abused.  yet there are alot of in experienced people who go for this just to gain the actual experience and feel worthy that someone wants them.

Thank you for your answer.  I know it's sometimes difficult to post against the flow in a post.  Tyipcally I post a quesiton so I can discover viewpoints opposed to mine to understand the mindset of ppl that don't agree with me.

Thanks BadOne
