Tongue in cheek. I think "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious " would be a perfect safe word. If the sub/slave can say it during a session I think the Dom/me/Master/Mistress/switch should not only stop what they are doing but they should break out in song.

A friend of mine suggested "projectile diarreah" as the most effective safeword she had come across.  I have to admit, that would get my attention.

I thought 'kumquat' was the perfect safeword.Until....I cried out 'Please, please kum kum *garbled words against the gag suddenly put into my mouth*'Apparently he heard 'Please, please.. cum.. cum..'

I think the perfect safeword is one that is easily said 1 to 3 sylabulls (sp?) and is not something said in usual play, I use Chococat, It makes me forget about the pain incase I was holding off on saying it, and brings to mind an adorible cat ^_^. The only problem with "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious " is its to long, and I can ususally get out about 3 words at most when in the position to ask for it to stop.

if i was in a scene and i had the ability to clearly speak the word  Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious then the scene should be stopped, for i am probally pretty bored.

IF, big IF i actually remembered to safeword, or allowed myself to do it then i would maybe just say SAFEWORD....

i have had a few times where i was trying to bring something to his attention and said "Daddy...ummmm Daddy???..." and he thinks that i am asking to cum...soooo that isn't the best idea, but then again it does get his attention to where he will come over and talk to me so that i can ask/tell him something.

"YOU SON OF A BITCH, YOU GOTTA CUT ME LOOSE SOONER OR LATER" usually works

But seriously, for me, the word "enough" is what I use.. it's the easiest one for me to pull up when/if I need it (which has happened once).

When just getting to know someone, it is very important for me to have somewhat open communication. I WILL NOT be topped from the bottom, but during the learning process, I like for a sub to be able to tell me what he is feeling - until I am able to read his nonverbal queues. I use a red, yellow, green system - green = good, yellow =  proceed with caution (or sometimes like a yellow traffic light - I may speed up a bit to really press their limit  ) and red - obviously STOP. At some point, the "light" system is no longer necessary, and I usually know the person well enough that they don't need a safeword, but still can use RED if and when there is a health/safety issue. A sub that tries communicating without the proper word is actually punished...tell me "yellow Ma'am" and not "I am uncomfortable", or "green Goddess", not "oh yeah" - or else you will find yourself getting pretty close to RED!

My safeword is SWORDFISH, but I've never had to use it, but to play along with the OP's tongue-in-cheek request, I'd say since I'm married, it would be "DIVORCE"!
