I'll chime in and give a two thumbs up to DeTails. Most of my floggers are from them, most of which I've had for many years. DeTails are "workhorse" floggers - solidly build and meant to last. Depending on "how much" you are into signal whips, www.davidmorgan.com is still one of the better buys for a standard 8 plait 3 or 4 foot. Keep in mind it's NOT a kink site (apparently there are non-pervy whipmakers...huh?). My first signal whip was a 3 foot Morgan about 6 or 7 years ago, and I still use it (I'm an enthusiast though, so I've since bought quite a few more). For just over $100, they're a really good buy, especially to learn on. Leather paddles and straps: www.thelondontanners.com. Always. Can't say enough great things about this guy. Wood paddles and canes: www.hansonpaddle.com. While his paddles are a little more expensive than some, they're made of beautiful exotic woods; worth the splurge. Bonus: For a leather toybag, look for a local Wilsons Leather Outlet. They frequently have leather bags buy one get two half price, and have a great assortment.
