Watched espn Monday and they didnt even show or talk about the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Now THAT is MY sob. The "Griefs" prior to this season have won 6 games in the last two years!

Looking at some of the teams who are 2-0 and others who are 0-2 I think making a big deal about either at this juncture is premature. Even the Cryboys.

I wonder if Jeffff & Domi have some sort of beat on that game.  You know, about who gets to "receive"

ROFL .... doubt either will receive ...

anything but compliments ... when the referees GIVE the Bears ANOTHER game .... LOL

But next June ... ask them where their black hawks are ... when the Red Wings face off against some less winning percentage Eastern Conference team ... for the Cup ...

Opps ... wrong sport ...

Seems we do have a pro football team here ... called ... the Lions?

ROFL

Like the Lions really inspire interest ......... in pro football ?

Heck ... they can't even sell out!

The Aints lose to the Falcons in OT (after a missed easy FG to win it) and the Steelers are 3-0 with Ben R.

Who'da thunkit?

I know, the Steelers are better off than I'd dared to hope.  That will teach me.

What the fuck was that on the screen when they flashed the score of the Jets - Dolphins game on the screen after the Jets' first TD? I thought I had mistakenly tuned into Univision. How long before we'll have to press 1 to hear Cris Collinsworth in English?

The Steelers look like the AFC favorite to reach the Super Bowl. Its funny how important individual players are to their teams. Troy Polamalu elevates the whole Steeler defense. Last night it was clear how much Brandon Marshall means to the Dolphins; the Jets won by virtue of a blocked punt. Speaking of the Jets, their defense is not the same without Revis.

Its hard to imagine where the Colts or Patriots would be with Charlie Batch as their QB, and that's what makes the Steelers scary.

DAL put itself back in the playoff hunt, and the Eagles look like the hot new offense in the NFC.

BAL is not looking like a Super Bowl contender, but that might change a bit when / if their starting RT Jared Gaither returns.

CLE might start the season 0-8.

Are you guys finally going to believe me that the Jets are pretty good? Revis isn't the only starter injured on their defense right now, so I'm not terribly concerned that they gave up a bunch of yards. An eight-point win against a division rival on the road is pretty good in my book. In fact, I'd rank the Jets just behind the Steelers in the AFC right now. The Ravens were obviously amped for the Jets in Week 1, and haven't looked the same since.

No idea who is going to win next week though. The Steelers are the better team overall, but it might be too much to ask them to beat Baltimore with a backup quarterback. Should be an interesting game.

I think the Steelers could romp and have to be a heavy favorite at home v. BAL. They don't allow other teams any rushing yards and they pressure the QB with the best OLB combo in the league while Polamalu roams in the secondary. At least Boldin gives BAL something its never had and will seriously need to contend.

As for the JETS, its looking like Sanchez simply had an off game in the season opener. Furthermore, LT looks like a comeback player of the year candidate. It helps him to run behind a good run blocking line. The one thing I don't get with the JETS is cutting Faneca in non capped year. What was the logic of that move?

The burning question now is, can Cutler cut it v. GB?

Big win for the JETS winning a division game on the road in Orange Bowl without Revis. Bigger win for ATL topping NO on the road. DAL and MIN also had big wins to help preserve their respective seasons.

But hey, how about Leon Washington and Danny Woodhead?

You gotta love how Whisenhunt gathers up those ex-Steelers.  Really really looking forward to Ravens and Steelers, those are always the best 2 games of the season and the most highly anticipated as well, we love to hate each other.  And Troy does elevate the Steelers D, again, so glad he's roaming for us and not another team.

LOL, you mean like Faneca?  Not sure why the Jets cut him, but it happened right after they drafted Vlad Ducasse (who isn't starting yet anyway).  I do know that they were concerned about money after locking down Mangold and setting aside money for Revis.  Faneca was a big old reliable tub o' lard and Matt Slauson is making me miss him.

I believe in the Jets.  I believe they will win the AFC East.  And as of last night, they'd have the tie breaker over the Pats & 'Fins.

Sanchez has a good line protecting him, and therefore is confident in his throwing.  That in itself makes them dangerous.  Add the defense, and they are the real deal.

God seemed to have blessed Devin Hester, Brian Urlacher, and the Yellow Flags.

Katie, I think the Ravens are 1-9 while playing games in PITT. This web site says that BAL's record since 96 is 4-12 at PITT.

Flacco has not looked good when pressured and the running game has been non existent for the most part.

The only way BAL wins is if the team wins the turnover battle.
