23 years ago and 10 years ago I was asked if I wanted to have my baby circumcised. Both times I said no.

For what comes out to be a cosmetic proceedure that is irreversable, it is not my place, even as a parent to make that decision. If either of them wants it done later in life they are welcome to have thier foreskins removed.

My older son incedentally has ZERO problems finding girls who have no issues with his foreskin. They all fawn over him like he is the best thing since chocolate was invented.

I better not become a gramma any damn time soon...but the odds are against me.

there is no way i would have chosen to have my son done, as with religion i see it that i have no right to inflict that on him. if he chooses it then cool, but i don't think he's bothered.

as for partners lacking sexual satisfaction with a cut guy.....i have no idea on his part, but for me there is certainly no lack of sensation. in fact very much the oposite. i've only had one cut guy, but he's been the best i've had sexually. i can feel the difference between him and what the others have felt like.

i wasn't aware that it is such a big practice in the US.
