Like you don't pay for everybody at the present moment...Cause I'm sure no hospitals, Dr's whatever adjust their charges to make up for the people who can't pay..It is just comes out of your inflated insurance premiums.

Apparently, the Supreme Court does not agree with you, or your point of view. They agree with President Obama

It's a small step in the right direction. Pre-existing conditions, and lifetime maximum benefits aren't such a big hassle anymore, are they?

And now that we have an alternative funding stream for medicare, and the burden is now 100% on the taxpayer, then there's little reason for employers to continue offering plans. This could be the beginning of a radical shift in the way we do business in America.

or it could just be a small step in the right direction.

Either way, OBAMACARE PASSES SUPREME COURT TEST AND MILLIONS BENEFIT.

Not a bad headline going into the election cycle, is it?

Except for those that will prefer the "I am Mitt Romney, and I pledge to make repeal of Obamacare my #1 priority when elected" headline.

It is damn sure gonna be fun to watch though.

Who in their right mind is going to campaign to repeal this:
No lifetime limits on coverage
No denial of coverage due to preexisting conditions
Children up to age 26 can remain on parents insurance
Insurance companies must spend 80% of premiums on health care or rebate the difference (people should be getting their first checks pretty soon).

Romney and the republicans can render themselves irrelevant for the next generation by continuing to oppose the ACA.

A caller to Talk of the Nation says there's been a universal mandate for employed people since 1965 - paying into Medicare.

This is the reason that I will vote for Romney. This law will cost us trillions in new taxes even though Obama has said many times that this is not a tax.
