The Rich aren't "Job Creators"

EMPLOYERS are "Job Creators"

This coming from the guy that said the Rich are nothing more than a "Gang of Car Thieves"

Umm.. I said flat tax, not fair tax. And im not speaking of the progressive bs in either of them.

Flat... you pay x% period... no deductions... no exceptions... period.

Lets say its 10%

Capital gains? 10%
Interest Income? 10%
Paycheck? 10%
Make 100,000 a year and have 9 kids? That was your choice... 10%
You're right, it isn't progressive, it's regressive.

Try looking up the benefits principle, you need to stop pretending to understand economics, they're lying to you.

Jobs growth has been stagnating since the Reagan tax cuts, although in that case, it wasn't the tax cuts, it was the deregulation - tax cuts merely funded the cannibalization of industry and outsourcing of the well paying job you used to have.

Oh wait, jobs grew after taxes were raised and budget balanced, and government investment in regulation and software development allowed the internet to be built - what happened next?

Who told you that Walmart managers qualify for food stamps? [:D]

Whoever it was, go back and tell them that theyre full of shit:

http://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/Wal-Mart-Salaries-E715.htm

Right, how many managers do you think there are? There isn't even on in every store, it's an illusion, you never see them, I've been in managers office, it's nothing but computers, the harried looking people with black circles under their eyes, running around with the little keypads are the ones actually running the operation, and a couple of them cover not a store, but a couple of states, that's why they look so harried, they live in hotels and rack up a lot of miles in their economy cars.

Even the AC is controlled by computer from Bentonville.

It's lot like those concerned citizens groups that are always sending you literature, those people don't exist either, they're cut outs, an illusion, psy ops - it's all coming from one corner of a big PR firm, one zitty nerd in a cubicle is really general whats-his-face and colonel so-and-so.

It's Westworld baby, welcome to the 21st century.

xssve -> RE: Gov Chris Christie hates Jobs Creators (10/1/2011 7:49:30 PM)

Command and control baby, command and control. You're a Brownshirt, what happened to the Brownshirts when they outlived their usefulness? They takin' good care of you are they?

Think of all the money you could save on aluminum foil purchases, shopping at Walmart.

What are you talking about? Who said anything about only paying for those services you use?

You said it its only a few messages up. Or did you forget. I stated the republican talking point that the Rich are the Job Creators and you said a Gang of Car Thieves are Job Creators as well so therefore. If A = B and B = C then A= C. Its simple logic.

http://www.gaypasg.org/GayPASG/AboutGayPASG/Wal-Mart%20RealFacts%200608.htm

A Substantial Number of Wal-Mart Associates earn far below the poverty line

• In 2001, sales associates, the most common job in Wal-Mart, earned on average $8.23 an hour for annual wages of $13,861. The 2001 poverty line for a family of three was $14,630. [“Is Wal-Mart Too Powerful?”, Business Week, 10/6/03, US Dept of Health and Human Services 2001 Poverty Guidelines, 2001]

• A 2003 wage analysis reported that cashiers, the second most common job, earn approximately $7.92 per hour and work 29 hours a week. This brings in annual wages of only $11,948. [“Statistical Analysis of Gender Patterns in Wal-Mart’s Workforce”, Dr. Richard Drogin 2003]

Wal-Mart Associates don't earn enough to support a family

• The average two-person family (one parent and one child) needed $27,948 to meet basic needs in 2005, well above what Wal-Mart reports that its average full-time associate earns. Wal-Mart claimed that its average associate earned $9.68 an hour in 2005. That would make the average associate's annual wages $17,114. [“Basic Family Budget Calculator” online at www.epinet.org]

I await with trepidation the slaughter that is to come. Yanno, the one that the young turks, those fiscally responsible patriotic americans, in their halcyon days of yore were fabling us about.

LOL.

Well I was hoping to hear how Republican Chris Christie tax cut isnt like Obama's tax cut. I believe that tax cuts for the rich aka job creators help create jobs. Where here is a specific example of a Republican doing exactly what Obama's doing and yet no one on the right is condemning his action all because its "TV show" but that shouldnt matter since all rich people create jobs via trickle down economics. If Millionaire "The Situation" doesnt spend money on his fancy clothing and night outs from the money he saved from his tax cuts then he isnt creating jobs.
