The Pacific Northwest is an absolute beautiful area to hike. The Columbia River Gorge is just awsome. Its been about 10 years since I made the hike but I remember it like yesterday. If you choose the gorge you will not be disappointed. Here is a link to Multnomah Falls and some trails.
