I have recently tried to use this device and decided to test it out before using it on pup. I just want to say, OH MY GOD! For those of you who can deal with the pain of it, I congratulate you. There is no way that I would even try this on pup. He touched it with his thumb and I could smell his flesh burn! Someone posted on here once about using it on his balls, I say to that, unbelievable. You would have to have balls of steel to endure this kind of pain, not to mention it would burn the hair right off your balls (If you have any hair). I suppose it is possible to endure that much pain on your balls, but I find it extremely hard to believe. I would love to see it if you do <s> This is not like nailing the skin of your balls to a board, this is full ball contact. Is this even possible?? The electrical current that runs through this thing is immense. I would love to read your comments regarding this contraption.

Master has one... it isn't so bad, really, so long as the contact is BRIEF, and the area of contact is fairly DRY.  'Course... it may be entirely different on the male anatomy.  =)

Wow..I too had been intrigued by the electrified flyswatter..thought surely it could not be too intense because its intent is just to kill wee bugs..so thought maybe light zap..but to actually burn skin!..you sure it wasnt defective?.surely manufactured would not make it such that it could maybe accidentally injure say a child using it on nearest fly?....be well..Tempting

Becca,
Where does your Master touch you with it? When pup touched it with his thumb, he couldnt move his thumb away from the wires, it was like the electricity froze his entire hand. They are plastic wires, but still it was pretty intense.

Tempting,
There are two buttons that you have to push at the same time, to activate it. That is the only "child proof" there is. Of course, it is best to keep anything like this away from children, but should they get it, they would have to know to press both buttons in at the same time.
This one cost $9.99 and pup got it at Krogers lol I dont think it is defective. I used it on a fly lol dropped dead on the spot <g>

In a non-BDSM context, it's fun to tell people they're electric guitars, hand massagers, and other innocent things.

Oh the things masos do to non-masos.

Actually, the one I had, I could touch it, it would spark, but I didn't flinch anymore...  so people really did think it was innocent....

I am thutch a bitch!

Yours,

benji

Master's has a button on the handle- the web is only electrified while His thumb is pushing the button, (as well as a warning sticker which forbids us to touch the web while the device is activated, heh...) which makes it simple enough for Him to touch me briefly.  He has used it in various places, and while i don't find it "pleasurable", exactly, it isn't close to unbearable.  =)  Just me- and i don't know how y'all's bug zapper models compare, voltage-wise.  He got His at a fetish flea market, so it likely wasn't rated high enough to be lethal (to humans, at least).

My understanding, as it was explained to me by a friend who is an electrical engineer, is that  not all of these little flyswatters have the same 'output' as far as shock value goes. He won't use one until he's tested it himself to make sure the voltage isn't too high (don't ask me what too high is, I'm no electrical engineer I just looked at him and said "Are you going to whack me with that thing or not?"). Apparently some give a higher voltage than others. The one I have is definitely lower voltage since there is no burning flesh. Mind you, it still packs quite the shockey wallop but no burnt offerings here

I did once see a Domme use one of these on her pain slut friend after she'd caned him virtually to oblivion. And she used it repeatedly. And he took it all. And he loved it. But he is probably one of the heaviest masos I've ever seen.

I gotta get one of these lol ( truth be told I kinda like electrical ouches.... one of the best being take an electical cord splice it down the center and take about an inch and a half off bothe ends, plug it in and hold one live end in one hand and have someone else hold the other live end ( no one gets juiced) wait for someone else to come along and both touch em.... ZAP .... all 3 of ya get juiced. ) Now I dont recomend doing this is you dont have a breaker box with kill switches cause otherwise you could get hurt.... but I've never had it get to where you couldnt break the connection yourself. Most often its mainly just a good zap. Probably because theres more than one person sharing the juice.

Personally, I really hate the Ele. Flyswatters......I guess the best thing about them is the mind fuck value it has afforded me a time or two (picnic games, there always seems to be at least one electric flyswatter there...lol).  There are not too many things I will go out on a limb and say that I "hate", the electric flyswatter is quite the exception!!!

We've got four of these electric flyswatters.  Each of them runs on two AA batteries and has two buttons in the handle.  When depressed together, the two buttons charge the wires.  One button alone won't do anything, and the strength of the charge is dependent upon how long you hold the buttons down.  I suppose if you hold them both down continuously, you might get the reaction the OP noted.

It's definitely fun using these on the penis and scrotum.  Less fun when He chooses to use it on my nips, though...

The model I have cost me about $5 (Canadian, no less) and I'm quite satisified with it.  It has only a single button to press.  The thing is, if you have your hand up against the wires and hold down the button, you barely even feel a tingle.  There's certainly no paralysis effect.  The way this one's used, I have to hold down the button for about a half-second before making contact, to charge up the capacitors.  Then at contact the capacitors discharge with quite a satisfying little arc.  Until you pull it away and recharge the capacitors again, though, that's the end of the show.

I love my flyswatter, and the two subs to encounter it have both hated it.

I've used an electric flyswatter in play many times. I've never had it burn someone. While it does deliver shocks, they are no where near what is needed to scorch flesh or burn hair. My friend's children actually chase each other around the house with one, shocking each other. I've personally used it on the penis, scrotum, ass and anus of someone (and at one time had posted vid clips of it.) The device uses two AA batteries. Since a AA battery is 1.5 volts each, that is a total of three volts of electricity. I would say your unit is defective and should be returned to the company.

For those interested in electricity for fun's sake. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_shock has a discussion about electric shock, including mentioning it as a torture device.

I've had them used on my genitals and LOVED it.

But, then again, I'm a pain pig who also loves singletails and floggers made from bicycle innertubes.
