i am sub, i like having some rights, so i could not go so far as giving them all up and become a slave.

I have a friend who is very opinionated and has her own views but she is always respectful.

I have another friend who tops from the bottom which is her Dom's fault but she is respectful to all other Doms.

My point is sometimes being "untamed" as they call it depends on the Dom the sub has.

Hello A/all,

I have posted this before, but I truly believe that I am in control of my emotional state.  I have a list of people (at this point the only people on that list are my kids, and it requires extra work for them) I will allow to upset me.  If you are not on that list, good luck altering my emotional state.

It is about my power.  I decided that I was not going to give the power to upset me to other people.

I tend to snicker (under my breath) when I see Dom/Domme's with a blue name tag being upset by somebody else.  Who is in charge in that relationship?

Having said that, the thread involves "taming" a "wild sub."  I have trouble with those two concepts.  I want a submissive in my life that I can be proud of as she earns her PhD and rips a strip off some inarticulate clown who questions her.  The fact that she is submissive to me fills me with an unimaginable pride.

I posted once here about "The Sub Whisperer" and I actually believe that my place in the relationship is to bring out the best in my sub.  Because she will bring out the best in me.

Just me, could be wrong, but there ya go.

Sinergy
