you should just read the first and last word or each post and deduce what could have been said in between those words...i mean, words are just words..no need to read them all to understand the post..

i really need to get in better shape..but i have so little motivation to go to the gym more often..what should i do?

Well, I would go and get your body cut up into electronic bits and attach them to your emails. Then, when they log on and see your email you can materialize and force them to read it. Simple.
