I had a piece on Entenmann's Rasberry Danish this morning. It was Fat Free! It sucked. What is the point of fat free it is sucks?

Our society has not gotten skinny eating low fat food. Matter of fact I just read somewhere that without fat in your diet you dont have the enzymes to burn fat. lol.. i worked with a cook who told me about banging a skinny girl one night.... skinny as he defined it was skin and bones.. with a boob job. he complained that he felt like his bladder was going to explode. apparently he bruised his abdomen in the process.... lmao... he even had the bruises to prove it!

Anything processed, that touts itself as 'fat-free' generally does not get into my grocery cart. Just bleck! I mean, have you ever TASTED low fat cheese or sour cream??? Or, what about fat free, fake butter, spread. That stuff is awful! It doesn't even melt on hot toast. Fruits and veggies are a whole nother thing.

The chemicals and artificial food additives that have to be added to packaged food to make it "fat free" and still relatively palatable are worse for you than the fat in the first place. Also high fructose corn syrup is the antichrist. Have you seen what that stuff does to people? Simple rules: 1) Don't eat packaged foods; 2) Eat "real" foods either freshly prepared or just plain fresh. This means fresh vegetables, meats, fresh-made cheeses (live yogurts), fresh bread (without preservatives), etc. Like we were meant to eat. The food industry is going to kill us. But maybe that's the point (gets out her tin foil hat hee hee!).

Sounds horrible! I accidentally bought some 'healthy' cheese crackers once......screw that. Cheez-its are the only way to go.
