I hate anything that says that it's fat-free.  It's just not right!!  I eat whole milk yogurt every day for breakfast & I'm still losing weight.  It's the other crap that they put into the fat-free stuff to make it palatable that will gitcha.  I used to be one of those clothes hanger gals & I don't remember any complaints.  [8D]

I don't eat anything that says fat free. It sucks! I do, however eat foods that are low in calories. Your caloric intake is the most important thing. It also helps that I have a high metabolism. But seriously, you can't take in more calories than you body will use and expect to lose weight. Just because you eat fewer calories doesn't mean that you don't have to get off of that couch and exercise.

There's a product out there called Skim Supreme that tastes just like 2% milk. I'm not a fat free fan but this stuff is pretty good.

I think in the long run, its not an issue of fat free vs. regular, I think it all boils down to what we eat and how much of it. This coming from a "Professional dieter" [;)]

I can swallow it if I have to (and if the guy is worthy of being obeyed to do THAT) ... however...if I have a real independent choice...not gonna happen...one of the things I truly appreciate on my C-Dom...he never ever demanded or even tried to go down that way...though he does not know that and until he would go down that way I won't tell him either...so my experiences in that respect are limited and I prefer to leave them that way [:)] bin there, done that, know it tastes crap [:'(]
