Boo is playing door on the computer desk, thinking he's a window!  The others are around here playing rug.  Breakfast has been done, so the little bellies are happy now.

Spicy, Summer and Urmel had their rabies vaccination now, so only pepper and curry are left to get done in 4 hours time

I hope that vet where I just was with spicy keeps his promise to chase up the first vet whom I had with the birmans before him, as he suggested to give me all pet passports together at the 5pm appointment....as this first vet talked herself out of doing those forms a la it would take 2-3 days to process those whereas he filled it out for spicy straight away after giving him the vaccination.

According to him they can travel 21 days after receiving that vaccination, thank goodness we are comfortably within the time frame

Curry just irritates me All year long he hates the cat carrier basket...and now, after I left it outside, him having seen that the other cats came out of it, he is lieing in there voluntarily

awwwww....where's the fun in knowing he's coming?  You haven't truly been "loved" by a cat until you've been a speed bump in one of their frenzied laps around the house!

And they get extra points if they do it in the middle of your sleep and scare the living crap outta ya!

Thanks to the cooperation from curry and pepper I am having to go to the vet again tomorrow

Whilst curry originally was lieing peacefully in the cat carrier, he had no intention to go in there voluntarily, when he had to get in...which then meant that pepper copied his behaviour and once I was about to get her in, was he out again

When I tried to have her in first and then include him it did not work out either

So at the end I just went with curry and have now another appointment tomorrow with pepper at 3.50pm

On top of that the vet admin staff gave me a scare, telling me that they had run out of rabies vaccination

So she double checked and nope...when she was told this information the final two which I needed were put on side for mine...so it did not impact me...that would have been the icing, that after this reluctance from curry to go in the first place, that I would have been told that all the effort to get him there would have been useless....

So all cats are ready now to go home abroad except pepper, who will get sorted tomorrow

I'm not sure what happened here.  i'm sitting on the couch, watching a little bit of Triple D, and all of a sudden, Boo jumps down from the back of the couch and literally attacks Squeaks.  She's screaming bloody murder, Boo is chasing her into the kitchen, Smooch and KB are trying to find out what is going on, and I'm running too.  When I get out in the kitchen, Sqeuaks is on the counter, and Boo is fighting with Smooch.  KB is just sorta standing there with a "WTF????" look on his face.

Everyone's all foofed up, eyes huge, and growling at me and each other,  I tried to get to Boo to calm him down, and he wouldn't come to me, and he's h issing and growling.  I got Smooch and Squeaks calmed down, and finally Boo let me touch him.  Squeaks has a big rip on her nose, I found a claw casing in her fur, but that's all the injuries.

Everyone's chilling now.....but it was a skeery few minutes around here.  I have NO Idea what happened........

Cat is adjusting to life as an indoor cat. She does not like it much- but she will when I am done with her.

I think Dudley is into breath play, got woken up a few weeks ago, having trouble breathing. Dud is sitting on my chest with front paws on my windpipe. I go to say 'What th...' and thats all I got out because he puts a paw on my mouth to stop me speaking.

Currently both Dud and Madge( the cross eyed fail cat ) are curled up on the back of the lounge fast asleep, having worn themselves out chasing each other through their tunnel and around the house.

Moki is doing what she does best, chillounging by my bedroom window, and trying to take a diving leap at the birds through it. Kitty needs a HORSE TRANQUILIZER!

Angel is outside hunting something or other, or over terrorizing my neighbor's cats. Misty is snoozing on the bed.

It looks like my "foster son" Dusty is a goner. His new "dad" said that it was not unusual for him to take off for 2 or 3 days at a time, but he has been gone now for a few weeks. I have been missing visits from the little guy.

awww, Mystic...that's so sad.  I worry too when mine disappear...I haven't seen mama kitty in a couple of days......but my other little "lost" one showed up last night.  I wish I could take them all in......but at least they are getting food, water and scritches from me.  Much to my landlord's dismay....he hasn't caught me yet.

Feline.....what gorgeous kittehs!  They look like pretty hefty ones.

Mine were chasing the ping pong balls around....now that's a hoot to watch!  Squeaks sits on them real quiet, and then suddenly jumps up, bats it across the room, and the chase is on!  Silly little kitteh......

Yeah, he was the abandoned kitten I found under a tree in my yard in 2009. I fed him for several months, then he decided to join my neighbor's outdoor kitty clan, but he would visit me frequently. He had a VERY bad habit of lying in the middle of the road, and being black and grey, blended right into the color of the road. I hope that was not his demise... I'd prefer to think he wandered off and found a new home.
