Layla, the new rescue, is snoozing atop the printer after wearing herself out chasing Pebbles <pictured> and the Miniature Rat Terrier.  She has had a fun filled day batting the blinds to catch a fly, leaping at the ceiling fan pull, and terrorizing her "sister" kitty over the cat treats.  Pebbles, likewise, is sound asleep in my bed, on her back, stretched out like the princess kitty she is.  Give them an hour and they will at it again!!!

Little Pebbles os so cyoooooot!  Congrats on the new addition to the family!  Just remember to "kitten proof" the shelves and stuf, the highest ones especially!  Once they get ripping around, they tend to NOT pay attention to where they are leaping and jumping.  At least your dog is smal...mine was 55 lbs, and didn't understand that he couldn't jump up on the same places that KB would.

I cam home from work one morning to discover that Shiloh and Buzz the cat had totally trashed the place....couch cushions on the floor, my bedding dragged off the waterbed and down the hall, and somehow, I have no idea how, there was a throw pillow from the couch in the kitchen sink!  And they both met me at the door with angelic looks on their faces and pointing at the other one doing the old "" thing!

We just had a visit from Sugar, the puppy from downstairs.  She was so goofy!  She scared the crap out of herself...she was low crawling towards their scratcher, sniffing it, and stepped on the edge of it....she went about a foot straight up in the air!  She low crawled around checking out the water fountain, the feeders and the little kitteh tunnel I have for my beebees.  Surprisingly enuf, my cats all came out to see what the noise was....and they were very good!  Smooch and Boo were on the floor, so they did the arching thing, and Sugar backed right off.  Squeaks was on the chair, and she just stayed right there, even when Sugar went and stuck her nose in Squeak's face.  KB actually started to play with her, but her mom had more chores to do, so they finally left.  KB got a couple of wet sloppy goggie kisses from her before she left, and Sugar found a couple of cat balls and drooled on them......ewwwww....goggie germs!  I told her mom she could bring Sugar up again to visit anytime...I think KB would enjoy the playtime.

Da Boyz iz settling in very nicely. The 12-year-old boy from upstairs has come down twice now to pet them. So far, the Professor has hidden when anyone has come in, but Sir Hemingway is a big ole slut & will follow the boy around in an effort to get more attention. I've been staying up nights & sleeping days & I think they kinda like that. They're so big that whenever they try to get into anything, stuff crashes & they get busted. I adores them!!

Misty is sunbathing in the living room. Angel is grooming herself. Today Angel is in a much more mellow mood and is allowing Misty to have a day of peace without being chased.

Pepper just figured out how to get inside through the window at last

My windows here only open at the top (annoyingly) and curry and spicy figured out long time ago how to get in and out via that window...now a moment ago I could hear that something jumped up there, assuming it would be spicy...but nope, it was pepper

Mine are finally happy....I worked late, so they didn't get dinner when they normally do.....so I heard AAAAALLLLLLLL about it when I walked in.....from the indoor kittehs and the outdoor kittehs!  I'm out here busting my butt to provide food for their little bellies, and all they do is bitch......no keeping them happy!

Now they are all prowling....they've been sleeping, so I'm sure that they'll start doing their laps soon!

Feeling demoralized.
We were on the back patio, soaking up some sun, when he noticed a chipmunk. He went bat shit crazy chasing it until his mad dash ended with him full force, pancaking himself into the sliding glass door.

Summer just enjoyed her grooming session

After the loss of her litter she did run around a few days with being less clean than usual at her back side and as I wasn't sure how comfortable she is feeling I left her for a few days.

By now she cleaned up most of her backside and any knots which were left I cut off now

Clean kitty again

Curry was just being discovered as lieing on the sofa with his sister pepper, butt next to butt Nice to see how they still snuggle up with each other at times They will turn four on Saturday

Moki is stuffing her face as usual. sometimes that BRAT CAT eats better than i do! otherwise, she is sound asleep., chasing paper wads, drinking out of the toilet like a hound dog , chewing on my feet, playing with every single hair elastic i own, knocking things over, or just being Moki.

The boyz are hiding under the bed. It's still a little light outside. They'll begin coming out around 9 pm, then by 6 am be back under the bed. They have only lived here a month and they lived in the other house for 7 years, they are shy on a good day. If I go take a bath, Cajun will hear the water and come visit. Dobby might or might not come visit, he is much more shy than Cajun.

Beast owns the place, new or not so she is sleeping on top of the washer.
