What possible reason would the CIA have  for sending an entire planeload of spies to interview some semi-retarded steroid-crazed governor? Why? What would be their purpose?

Political power?

Isn't them in the business of liquidating heads of state? So why would they interrogate him? Wasn't he their boss?

umm..[:D]You`re not from here.Jesse, would be the last guy on the "liquidation" list.[:D]

I agree w/ shannie that anything`s possible.Anything.

I`m with Panda more tho.

It has to make sense as to why.Why Jesse? And for what reason? That could be a function of how I think, but the government has a history of targeting people, like MLK,for ends,to get something they want.

What is it that Jesse had that the CIA wanted? What threat did he pose.

And again, I want to point out that I thnk it's important to consider the source when you're evaluating the credibility of such an outlandish claim. Governor Flintstone was a man who, just halfway through his term as governor, had been caught by the press telling so many bizarre lies (most of which seemed to involve his own grandiose sense of self-importance, such as this claim), that he refused to even speak to any reporters from the state of Minnesota for the remainder of his term. Every time he opened his mouth, he got caught in another lie, so his solution was to stop opening his mouth. I think you need to keep that in mind when you're trying to decide whether he's telling the truth this time. It's not exactly as though he has a history of doing that.
