I know a fair number of people in the BDSM scene are into some forms of kinky role-playing (as opposed to being into Dunegons & Dragons or World of Warcraft -- I'm sure many people in the scene are into those, too, but that's not the subject of this question...).  The dominant women I have personally run into haven't really been, particularly, though.

So, while I have an idea of what kind of role-playing appeals to me, I'd be curious to hear a sampling of the sorts of role-playing scenes dominant women enjoy.  (I'll leave my own fantasies out for the moment, though I'm sure I won't be able to resist injecting them into comments later.)

So, c'mon, ladies, who do you want to be tonight?  Or who/what do you want your subbie to be?  Or both?

I'm partial to Head Mistress/schoolgirl, Evil Queen/imprisioned damsel, or Lady of the Manor/serving wench sorts of scenes.  However, if it means putting together a fun costume and having my way with a hot woman, I'm willing to entertain almost any scenario.

I'm fond of owner/naughty puppy and motherly figure/bad little boy roleplay.

Is it cheesy?  Hell yes.  Is it fun?  Oh god it is, it so is.

Funny part about the last one is he's actually older than me.  [:D]

Edited to add: During some of our geekier times we roleplay crazy vampire sex/kink based on our characters from VtM.  He's a Brujah, I usually roll a Malk or a Toreador.

I love roleplaying, but my ideas/"scenes" tend to be impromptu and consist of whispering/asking my partner to quickly adopt a new role or pretend something.  Some favorites:

-Having a guy pretend I drugged his drink. I love watching him 'pass out' despite fighting it as best he can.  Then I get to tie him up in any manner I want until it's time to wake up.
-Same idea but with fake chloroform. Wet panties work well for this!
-Seductress/sex kitten and shy, innocent virgin roleplay, right down to him pretending he doesn't know how to kiss.
-Captured spy with information I want.
-Prisoner about to be executed unless he either seduces me or makes me feel he would be a useful asset...

VIP/Body Guard. slave jason is HOT in a black suit and sunglasses. *melt* he gets a thrill out of it, too. I think that Queen/Knight and Empress/Samurai would work, too.

Hmmmm.... Hubby and I are costumers.  We play lots of games.  My favorite was Vincent & Kathrine from the Beauty & the Beast TV show.   Of course, this was ever so much better because we had the full costumes.  The only parts of his that made it to the bed room were that big cape and vest with the leather accents.  Hmmmmm.... The smell of leather...

The biggest difficulty I've had with role-playing is lack of ability in partners.

Frankly if he/she can't act or get into the fantasy, it isn't worth my time.

I find that just talking can be a great way to get around some of those inabilities at first.

As for what I role-play... I recommend reading my fiction to get an idea.

Oh man, that just brought nostalgia-tears to my eyes.  [:(]  I had such a silly crush on Vincent when I was a wee one after watching it week after week with my mom... and the Of Love and Hope soundtrack was brilliant, mostly for that growly voice of his.

Being an amateur actor, a writer, a geek and a completely debauched pervert, I looooove role-playing, the weirder the better.

Recently Mistress and I have been toying around with ideas for interrogation play, but instead of the usual austere commandant or sultry seductress of secrets, she's a perversely sadistic existential clown who beats her straight-man comedian captive for being unable to answer her ponderous queries.

And the best part is she came up with it. I am so incredibly proud of her. My soul-mate. ^__^

Ooooh, c'mon. What's not to love? It's like those games of make-believe ya played back in the day, but...more fun.

Meh.  I so love to play dress up, and I am a good actress, but playing is where I get to be ME, not someone else.  Pro domming screwed up role play for me, too.  I am the Best Stepmom EVAR! [:D]

I'm really, really, weally twuly not into role play. If I were to start acting as somebody I'm not for a 'scene', I just know I'd start laughing pretty much straight away. Some people are into it (pirate/wench, dentist/patient, hairdresser/client, grocery sales person/cook, nun/priest, archbishop/the Queen): all the better for them [8D] .
