Termyn8or -> RE: Google Says Privacy Doesn't Exist, Get Used To Everyone Knowing Everything About You (8/2/2008 10:51:38 AM)

It's a matter of not worrying about it. It's like when I told the cop I had a joint in my cigarette pack and they did not search my car (no further commonet on that at this time). What I mean is, you are watched. But what does that mean ? There are 300 million people in this country, are 150 million of them employed to watch the rest ? I think not, even though it may seem so. How many people could you watch ? Hell hiow many kids could you watch, get up to like five of them you won't have a clue what is going on. The problem comes when you become a target. That is when everything you ever said on the net and who knows where else bites you in the ass. How do you become a target ? There are plenty of ways, if completely clean, tell the cops to go fuck off. Or you could win against a criminal prosecution, and I don't mean buy your way out of it. Or you can file with the IRS and get yourself declared a non-taxpayer. At that point everything you have ever said is evidence against you, for what ? Don't ask me, but if you go to a library and tell them you want a book of ALL the laws of this country, they will look at you like you are some kind of nut. Selective enforcement is one of the tools they use to maintain political control. What do you think would happen if someone like me were elected President ? They can't let that happen. I would destroy them. Who are they ? The PTB. Forget about your home and hearth being your castle, those days are over. I can tell you about people the PTB knows nothing about, they do not have internet service. This is 2008 people, and we just don't have the privacy that we think is our right. Get used to it. The main thing is not to become a target. They can't see if you are smoking a joint on Friday night, but they can drug test you on Monday. An old mountain type Man told me in the old days in a town, if people saw your olady walking around all bruised up, they would give you a warning. I don't remember exactly but I think the warning was some Women's underwear burnt on your porch. If you kept beating your Wife they would take you out and you get your ass kicked really really bad, and they didn't fuck around. So where was the privacy even back then ? Which brings up the point, how much privacy do people deserve ? The privacy to beat your Woman half to death (not in a good way), to rape your daughters, and who knows what else ? There is so much malfeasance going on in the world, so much bad, should it be hidden ? There is alot more to this issue than what Google says. Privacy in your own home, but to do what ? I have changed over the years and in a way lost my respect for people. That's why I am not shy. There are so many people who are really sickos, and that's what they think we are, but I don't know what level of privacy people deserve. That doesn't mean I think the PTB are taking the right approach. If I got pissed off and decided to rob a bank, think I would tell you ? Hell no. They think there may be an email from Pakistan or something saying "The bombs are located at " or something like that. This is simply not true. For example, would someone post "I beat my kid up so bad that he'sin the hospital, and the olady went along with the story because she didn't want another black eye" ? Of course not. It happens, but we are not going to hear about it. So what are they expecting to find ? "Mother Theresa arrived today and is staying over the taco place". That could mean a suitcase nuke, and only the recipient of the email knows where "the taco place" is. They think they are going to trace the IP and search all the taco places near the recipient. Of course actually finding something like that would be a feather in their cap, but it has never happened. The only thing they seem to have done any good watching the internet was to bust some child molesters. And they couldn't even catch them in the act because the twelve year old girl was really a forty year old off duty cop with an internet addiction. But if you think about it, it is alot dirtier. The guy looking for a kid, and someone posing as a kid. It is nasty. Both are liars. We may herald the actions of these officers who do this, but they still had to lie to do it. And they did. Revealing the truth would let the predator get loose. So they are reduced to lying. This is what we have come to. T
