Well, if all goes well, I should have a job by this time next week! Just waiting on the drug test results. It's data entry, not law enforcement, which is a good thing...I've pretty much had my fill of that kind of stress. I don't have to deal with whiney people, no stress at all, no phones.....just mindless entry work. And I say mindless in a good way. Pop in my headphones, listen to a little music while working...piece of cake! The interview itself was easy, the guy diong it was a retired homicide detective, so I didn't have to go thru the explanation of what I do....he already knew. ugh....why am I up? I was just reaching the point of good sleep, and something made me wake up. Not KB.....for a change, altho, he did jump right into my warm spot on the couch when I got up. Maybe I'll head off into the bedroom and try to go back to sleep in a bit. I started there, KB did wake me up cuz he wanted food, and I laid back down on the couch and put in a dvd. I really hate insomnia!!!!!

Good evening all! Today was cold. Bitter cold. With some snow flurries. It is expected to be even colder tomorrow. I will say that the day was not fantastic, but could have been much worse. I hope that you all are doing well and staying warm!

I think it is suppose to freeze tonight and tomorrow. I got to finish this afghan so at least my legs will stay warm. I was going to fix shrimp lo mien but I just got up from a nap and we got pigs in a blanket to munch on. I also have my Special K with chocolate flakes to feast on...LOL! Also, mom brought a case of Diet MD and don't inform me about in. She pulled a sneaky in other words, but then I sneak in the 3 musketeers. I know that she did make fudge...and is hiding it from me... Lizard called me and she was babbling. She is on a hyper high. I think I need to get more benedryel(?) for her.

nothing here. This flat doesnt appear to get warm really,am considering to switch off my heater in lounge as i doubt that there would be much diffrence and avoid to use extra heater as that is freakin expensive...got router today for broadband which will be installed on 22nd (at last) and paytv channel will move in on 15th...at last i get a remote control which will work, yay :o)

adores s2s sig.line [:D] nephew was in hospital for 2 days due to breathing problems...if i translate it, it would be called krupp cough but might have a different name in english...however,after giving a little scare to his parents, all is now fine again [:)]

Mum explained that they get breathing difficulties with that and as they panic because of that they worsen the sound of it...my godfathers son (my age now) had to deal with that sometimes, too. But yep,its that time of year...i'm convinced that my cold i had in october was the flu,since i recently read about the differences between those two when i supported a client to her GP... Here i rearranged my lounge today,ending up in chaos pure now...joy...but at least i managed now to put the blinds which i found in a skip on a window and could move my shelf,which covered the window in the past, to its final destination...now i can finally fill it :o)
