I am making chocolate toffee biscotti using a Symphony chocolate toffee bar as opposed to the standard milk chocolate biscotti. I'm hoping this works so I don't have to make toffee chocolate mandelbrot as well.

I am eating a lot of cranberry apple toast for lunch. I took it out of the freezer THINKING mom would want it, but NOOOOO. She ate the english muffins I got her instead. Imagine! [:)]

Okay, I chatted with CS last night via YM. I use any excuse to stay awake.

He is a charmer.  I would love to chat with him again, depending what times I get online and so forth.

I need to check my account to see if some activity has moved from pending to complete.

my mum made me laugh yesterday, telling me that my nephew, aged 22.5 months, had his first ride downhill on skies. My brother wanted to pull him on a sledge when he and wife did skiing but his son was having none of it and told him that he also "wants such things on his feet." so they borrowed little skies for him, my brother took him between his legs and went downhill with him which he enjoyed...am looking forward to see this lil fellow again next month, after over a year...

POTSIE!!!!!!  Long time no see......how've ya been?

ARRRRGH.....CATS!!!!!  Whoever said that cats don't play games is obviously a dog owner.......I was giving out treats, 3 of the 4 showed up, so I start looking around for Smooch.....I checked all the cupboards, closets, the chairs under the table, all his hidey holes, in and out of the bedroom twice, all the while calling him.  The third trip thru the bedroom, I bend over to check under the bed, and hello!!! ...there he is, just watching me wander in circles looking for him.  I was trying to recall if I'd opened the front door at all just about the time I'd located his fuzzy little butt.....I HATE HIDE AND SEEK!  He just peeks out from under the bed as if to say "OH!  It was me you were looking for?????"  CATS!
