Thanks for that explanation...and thanks for that pic I heard about it in the past but never really consumed what it actually means... I printed it off and will have closer look into it the next days My problem isn't the amount of food as such...my problem is that during uni stress I consumed far too much sweets, as I was basically living on them and now I struggle to get back to a so called normal diet...I keep cooking food, eat one portion and then the rest of it ends up in the bin the day after as I either changed my mind or as I forgot about it and so it was gone off.... So I am just trying to get back to normal....kind of... when I cut down my coke (coca cola) and chocolate to once a week in 2008 I had lost 12 kg in 10 weeks, so I kow my main issue is the sweet tooth...as I am not a big eater from normal food....never was.... however, I know I have to manage to get back to normal as I hate it to throw food away, even more when it becomes a regular habbit... I am glad that Mr. A is supportive as to him weight itself doesnt matter (not like some guys who try to put pressure onto someone), he just wants to help me to make improvements, does not matter if big or small....just improvements to get back on track (with my food, my finances, my outstanding uni work and also my chaos in my flat )...lots to do However, as he says...one step at a time...
