Proves once again communication is key .
Do not fix me, i am not broken ,do not cure me ,i am not ill  nor do i seek a cure or treatment .
Glad everything is working out  for you both , and you may wish to read " when someone you love is kinky .

The moral is, that most dominant men find themselves in 'vanilla' relationships with women who are latently submissive.  Why are people so quick to assume that those who find us attractive, do so in spite of our nature?  If she didn't like dominant men, she probably wouldn't have been with you in the first place.

Regards,

Stephan

See what i dont get is why people come on here all guns blases with a defeatest attitude and then suddenly in the same day find actually all their pre conceptions were wrong!

Seriously people to quote the classic cool hand luke

"what we have here is a failure to communicate"

Oh, i don't know...have you ever looked everywhere for an item in a store and by the time you finally break down and ask someone for help, you are standing right beside the item you are looking for?

it happens...

Much success to you  delawareman, it took me a lifetime and many failed relationships to discover my submissive side.  i am always happy for those that can find it early enough to enjoy the full and ever evolving spectrum

They have cured submissiveness in mice using anti-depressants. After all, every emotion and thought is obviously a disorder and needs treated.

i agree with the communication aspect. with my wife once she learned that i would not be having sex and just good beatings she allowed me to play. this might work for you, always include her in discussions and learn together she might become a switch or a dominant you will never know till you try. you might start with having her read this thread with you and discuss it with her. be open honest and straightforward and you cant go wrong
