My suggestion is to purchase a good book or 3. Have your partner read them and highlight the parts that interest her. Even make notes in the margins then you read it and then the two of you TALK about it.

Getting over the whole taboo of the subject and openly discussing it is the secret to success. After that it's all about learning the particular techniques and skills. This can be gained from good books, these forums, and safe-sane experimentation.

My first recommendation for a book is Screw the Roses, Send Me the Thorns. I'm sure others will have excellent suggestions to add to this one. Unfortunately, most of the books aren't available at your local book store but they are readily available through amazon.com

I definitely value skill more than experience but even then, what I really value is simply compatibility of preferences and sexual interests.

When Doms used to message me and claim 'experience', I'd just roll my eyes really. Because practically all of them say so.
