Oh, an police batons! Not the thin wandy ones, the thick ones: http://a-army-navydepot.stores.yahoo.net/nylpolbat.html .

That's another that had two waves to me, the second deep and achey that rendered my muscle useless. Be very careful if you're new with it, though. The weight is strange and it takes a bit of practice to know your own strength with it.

I don't think you've created a monster, instead you've unleashed the CLOWN!!!!

uh...yes Sir?   [8D]

Some people are afraid of clowns...r u? Maybe monster/clown are one in the same [:)]

He's an evil, sadistic bastard at times, but a monster? Never and I'm never afraid of him.  The clown can easily surface at the same time oddly cracking jokes at the most unexpected times.  It's a riot!

dear gods.  Daddy is absolutely like that, cracking jokes at me...

there is NOTHING like having a Serious DomlyDom Moment going on and him barking out instruction...using the swedish chef voice.  *giggling*

he just knows he has to be careful of me, i'm too breakable.

I ordered this lil toy The Liquid Truncheon a few weeks back from http://www.leatherbeaten.com/Paddles.html and oh boy does it pack a punch, altho I have to admit, Im not much of a masochist, but dayam it hurt deep down, like some one mentioned earlier, doesnt seem to bad at the beginning, but then owieeee.
Another toy, I find has a  lot of whack to it is the Toybags "thwacker" http://www.toybag.com/products/thwacker.html   its not too heavy, but, solid and has made more than a few bottoms yelp :)

Jokari Paddles

Delightfully evil, very painful, impossible to break, cheap to find on ebay, and they make this wonderful sound when they impact. It's not that hard to pick one up at goodwill either for 80 cents or so. Enjoy!!

You need to have some understanding/knowledge of what lies under the skin in the places you strike, especially if you are using heavy impact. Even more so with the evil, wicked sjambock, lol. I like using powerful strokes, so I gave away my sjambock. I had to restrain my swing too much. In the hands of a fool, it can have dire consequences.
If on a budget and like a heavy thud, use a phonebook.
It helps if the Top bears in mind the amount of force applied per square inch to the body. I always feel new toys on my skin to help me guage how much speed of force to use. Even when learning to use a whip, I felt it plenty, LOL....ears, back, arms, etc.
Have fun, but be sensible & err on the side of safety.

This is a good sugestion. Belts are easily had. Try holding it by the buckle end and throwing it like a dragon tail so that you hit the bottom with the mean little tip, bottom bit of the belt. Hurts like heck, more painful than if you loop it and hit someone with it.
