I gotta say - I have little to no experience with this. I used to come home from kink parties and show off my bruises to my housemates, who would gape out of morbid curiosity and then go snicker behind my back. Didn't bother me in the least - I got to show them off to SOMEBODY! *giggle*
Seriously, though. If nothing else, you need to confront them about keeping out of your room. Kink stuff aside, that's not an awesome thing to do. Your life is your own, and it's at your discretion as to how much of it they know.
A possibility, though - maybe look for your next roommate on a kink forum or somesuch, to avoid this problem in the future? Or, as I did, you could always help your roommate and her boy explore THEIR kink sides. *evil grin*
