Hello to all, a strange and scary scenario happened today, as I was hosting a halloween party with my roommates, my roommates decided to go under my bed, and needless to say found my bag where I put all my kinky toys. Now initally, Im thinking this is an invasion of privacy, and Im not sure if I should play stupid and pretend like they still dont know or just be blunt about it? thanks for your input.

WTF?  How do you know they looked or went in your bag?  Were things removed?  Moved around?  Maybe they just moved the bag to get to something else under the bed?

And so what if they know what?  That you have some sex toys?  That maybe you're a bit kinky?  This matters in what way and to who?  Are they going to kick you to the curb?

My reaction is that your sexuality, preference, playstyle, use of toys, whatever, it's none of their business.  Unless they initiate the conversation, it should STAY none of their business unless you desire, for some reason, to make it their business.  Capite?  Verstehen sie? Comprenez-vous ?

If you want to be out with your roomies, that's your call to make and that's fine.  If  you don't want to be out to them, that's your call to make and that's fine too. 

And again, my reaction in that situation would be to let them know that I don't appreciate having my space entered and my privacy violated, that they are NOT welcome in my room uninvited, and then see about getting a lock installed on the door.

I want to know what was under the bed? 
Option A: Tell them to stay out from under your bed or you will beat them with the gear they found. 
 
Option B: Denial, you were holding that stuff for a friend.

Are they asking for an explanation, or do you feel compelled to give one?
If they are asking - it's none of their fucking business (unless your "kinky toys" are napalm, C4 and M-16s ... in which case I would move out and change my name before the FBI catches up with you).
 
If compelled to explain to them - why do you feel compelled?   Do you feel compelled to explain your choice of breakfast cereal and why you eat meat or don't?

Thanks all for your input thus far, a few details that I forgot to mention is that I live with 4 females. I knew that they looked because my one roommate asked "do you like leopard print" (I have a leopard print dress my dom gave me just the other day.) and she also asked "do you like corn cobs" (I have a vibrator, that looks like corn on the cob) Im still just dumb founded as to why they would even LOOK under my bed and OPEN up a school bag anyways? Im sure they won't bring it up because it will probably be awkward anyways for them. Whats even worse is that one of the roommates is also the landlords daughter, so she should of known better. People these days...

I would just say something at breakfast like....

"I know you all found some odd things under my bed...just so you all can quit wondering what they're for...what doesn't go up my butt, goes in my mouth".

If you aren't comfortable coming out and just telling them to stay out of your room and mind their own business, here is one option you can try:

If you have a female friend you can trust and can pull it off, dress her sexy ass in a leopard print outfit, fix her dinner (comprised of corn on the cob) and with a delighted impish smile on her lips, have her say innocently to your room mates, "Isn't it amazing the things he can do with corn?"

Leave it at that.  A wild imagination on a nosey wench is a terrible thing to let go to waste.  Just don't be surprised if one of your room mates tries to crawl into bed with you one night.

I know that its so so easy to have problems in a shared house over small things, They shouldnt have gone under your bed but at the same time i know that when you live with people that does happen. I wouldnt go mental about it that will just cause rows. Just say hey guys do you mind not going through my stuff. When my flatmates found my stuff i just told them what it was and made a bit of a joke about it. They didnt really understand because i got the nickname miss dominatrix which really stuck. But i always find with anything like it the more open you are about it the less likely they are to be funny about it.

The more you act ashamed and embarassed about it, the more they will think something IS weird and shameful about it.

If they ask any more stupid questions, just ask them directly "Why do you ask?" in return, and if they don't answer or say "I don't know" then you just say "Huh, well I don't know either" and move on.  Refuse to engage in their immature game.  It was wrong to go through your stuff and even more high school to go about revealing it in this way.

My idea was to just scare them from ever going into your room by dressing up in drag around the house. Make sure to shave your legs tho, it ruins it if you don't.

You could still salvage it by using that dress for Halloween, and then have a girl come by and pick up the bag, possibly winking at you.
