Just got home from moving some equipment.  I don't know. . . how many of YOU here would trust me with a half ton of something on a pallet swinging through the air on a forklift?  Hmmmmm?  [:D]  Some folks are braver than I am.  LOL

I am back and my surgeon coulsn't believe the xrays in fact he caLLed his pardners in to take a look,None OF THEM HAD EVER SEEN ANY THING LIKE IT..i AM ON SOME STEROIDS UNTIL THE MIDDEL OF OCT AND THEN ITS FIXED.. the ankle bone has growen up into the leg bone everyone shook their heads and said "brother you know pain well" so to my baby yes the pain pills are neccessary  but I have quit tking them,I would rather suffer thn to blow off the handle like I did,a cup for me then off to the shower,playpen and some rest,yall behave your self ya hear..

{HUGS} Hanable.  i hope your headache diminishes soon.  Might your headache be food/caffine related?
i'm glad your sugar is coming down.  However, it makes me sad that you don't have confidence in your doctor and the food plan.  Would you have more confidence in a Registered Dietician (RD) or other nutrition professional?

Ummm. . . froma  forklift?

I did suggest to the groundhog that I use the chain on his wrists and hoist him with them.  He did not want to go along with it.  Go figure.[8|]  LOL
