It would not surprise me if our government did this themselves to illustrate how "evil" the other side is. After Jessica Lynch and Pat Tillman, and finding no WMD, I cannot believe a damn thing that our military says anymore (oops, almost forgot abu ghraib) Now can you explain why you would believe an organization that has shown time and time again how they lie, spin, and misrepresent things like Jessica Lynch and Pat Tillman? Unless you can explain why I should believe anything they say that has no independent support, I just can't see why i should believe them.
