I think it's obvious from my words and my pic that I'm very young and I would never claim to be anymore than a yearling dom.

What does that have to do with anything?

OK Come on people you dont think that he could possably have a problem with a photo here he states his ENTIRE name in his profile!!! Hon didnt your parents ever tell you not to give your name to strangers???

Good news is I see you are in NY so I may be able to be of some servise.. Try the Dom sub friends web page they have an entire page of kink friendly professionals. You need to get yourself some help and then you need to get yourself some commone sence in fact reverse that order because you are lacking common sence. Oh, sorry, buddy.

I was defensive there.

Actually my attorney advised me to do this, as the hearing is over now, and it's up to my decision whether or not I wish to seek legal means against the school.

So, there's no risk for me.

Ok now your double talking, you said that you needed an aterny for a trial

and now your saying the atterny you didnt have for a trial that is already over sent you here.

Ill be the first to tell you you arent gunna get anything from the school and your just lucky you werent expelled after the charges where brought

MagiksSlave was trying to be of assistance as we all were and then to hear you don't need an attorney. Not a good way to start out on the board by saying something that is not the truth.

Where did you get the impression I was taking your age into consideration? I hadn't even looked at your profile. (unless you are responding to Oedipus Rex above my post)

But since you brought up the age thing.. it does serve to reinforce my opinion that one can be too young to be involved in advanced sex play. When a woman says "you could have had me whenever you wanted me". It meant she liked you regardless of what theatrics you did to get her attentions. Where did you get "I want more" from that?

So take it as a life lesson.

#1: You don't know women as much as you think you do,

#2: And being dom is more than playing.. there's a big responsibility attached, as you now have learned. Good luck to you. Hopefully, the court will consider your age and cut you some slack.

Just because you're young doesn't mean you do a cannonball in the deep end before investigating the content of the water. Hopefully you have learned a big lesson about acting without evaluating consequence. Prudence usually comes with age and experience...but we see a lot of repetative lessons learned in all age groups. Zen quote;"It is not one's behavior that influences karmic debt so much; moreso it is how one deals with the consequence of that action." So you did something that didn't quite turn out as expected...the theme of your life will be impacted by what you do next. Considering consequences and influencing outcomes positively has a longer term yield than "going for it." Something to consider.

In other words decision time. To take or not to take legal action against the school, right? Are you still attending this school or did they suspend or kick you out? In other words what damages have you faced yourself? What do you have to gain or prove with legal action? To be allowed to go back to the school? What is it you are looking for? There are too many question going through my mind.

Quick suggestion: Put yourself in this girls shoes for a moment think it through. Put yourself in the schools position think it through. Not put yourself back in your shoes. Is there any need or reason for legal action? Can you resolve any remaining issues without going to court or the need of an attorney?
