an interesting thread, probably skipped over by those that should read it! the alternative to getting older is almost certainly worse, fortunately for me, so far, is i just creak and grunt a bit more, and no longer run upstairs two at a time.
if you want to remember what it was like to be young, try doing something stupid!!
