We're not "giving gazillions" to anyone.

They're going into a war zone and earning their rightful pay.

Dude,

They are on no-bid cost-plus contracts.  This means they told the government how much it would cost, the government said "ok" and sent them in.

Cost-plus means that they put down what their costs are, the plus is whatever percentage of the costs, and the government writes them a check.

They are not "earning" their rightful pay.  They can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and get paid millions or billions of dollars to do it.

Is anything remotely different now that 5 years have gone by under their rebuilding efforts?

Hello Sanity, I must apologize, for suggesting americans CAN'T have free speech, and you are absolutely correct, Americans DO have free speech, it is guarrented in the consitution. You are absolutely correct !!!!!  However, guarrented as it is, americans can only excerise their free speech in designated areas, zones, set by government officials; or by permit permissions, and permits issued, as in any demonstration, and/or protest.

So, free speech is perfectly okay, as long as no one can hear you, speak all you want, rave on.

If you have no permission,no permits, block entrances to buildings, impede normal commerce, obstruct roadways, you face removal and/or arrest and fine, and/or imprisonment. If you do not dispearse as ordered by the police, offer confrontation, it could lead to bashing in of heads, and even death.  Even if you have a permit; your protest must be orderly.

Kent State?????? Do you acknoledge it ever happened.
