Sounds a bit hard to get of in a hurry if the cops notice something funny, and the cops are trained to look for litte clues.
Here's some simple things that won't blow your cover in public
On the Outside
Replace the blindfold with wraparound sunglasses that have had the inside painted black. Add a white cane, and you're walking a blind person down the middle of the street in broad daylight as people look on thinking you're a selfless saint
Disposable hearing aid plugs, same deal. Don't use ordinary open music headphones, they need the volume turned up too loud to drown out the outside world and can damage ears. Use the plug type that mute the outside world.
Neck brace, cervical collar, knee braces, even just lots of vanilla strapping and bandages
Don't use thick wrists cuffs as that just screams weird. throw on a lot of bracelets as camoflauge then simple shoelaces. A simple shoe bowtie will tie them, and if the traffic cop tells you to step out of the car with your hands up, it's trivial to remove.
Cover the seat with plastic first then a proper seat covering as subbies and I'm assuming subs can leak.
Underneath the vanilla clothing, anything low profile goes
If you want a woman to feel every bump, loop a crotch strap ($2 of heavy duty stretchy rubber tiedown) through a pair of simple ball gag balls placed across the mouth of the vagina and anus. This transmitts the cars vibrations to the labia, corks the resulting emissions and still lets subbie walk to the ice cream stand.
For subs, one ball should do the job
If the thought of a subbie forced to wear a gladwrap and tape diaper to prevent her cum showing through her jeans, offends the Dommes. They can strike a blow for equality by taping a condom over the nearest penis.
