Once in awhile. Last I heard though, he was on marriage number three, and the IRS contacted me looking for him. Maybe I am better off - d'ya think? And then there is the one man I really did in fact, love totally - who shot himself to death in the head with a shot gun, in his living room (not over me - he was extremely depressed). Yes, death is about as far away as you can get, I think. Thank God I wasn't there - I could not have stood it, I don't think. If ya'll want to trade sob stories, I have a few. But I think looking forward beats just about anything else - my grandma said once: "Don't look back - you'll break your heart if you do". My grandma knew a lot. Of course, one can always learn something, if even just how to grieve, I suppose. amayos, I think that is a beautiful picture of the tarot card - I appreciate you posted it. You're right, the past has something to say, but one cannot discard the future due to past hurts. - Susan
