The problem is not just that we are producing gas, from cows or whatever and yep, you can laugh but we are also destroying the natural means of dealing with the gases produced. Cows farting is a good line for a laugh, however, in Holland there is a serious problem with pig shit which sounds equally funny, until you realise there are barges of the stuff tied up in the docks and no way of dealing with it. Spread it on the land, you poison the land, dump it at sea, you poison the sea. Funny ain't it?

Chinese use methane capture systems from shit, and cook the shit a little to kill off some of it's detracting qualities. Biodigesters and things like that. Alot of the world is really poor at recycling shit. Thos. Crapper
