I see it the same way as many others. There is very little we can do to change the environmental situation, short of completely changing our lives (Stop driving, stop heatig in winter, stop dealing with unethical companies [all of them] and essentially go back to living like cavemen.) (Oh yeah, and kill off about 4/5 of the population) However, what we are doing while we're still here is changing the course of evolution, nothing more. If all the waterways have mercury in them, fish will, in a few thousand years, use that mercury for something. They will adapt. If we destroy the rainforest, the atmosphere will change. That aint the first time. So yanno what? Enjoy it, folks. If you don't, you can never gloat to your kids. Yours, benji
