Edited to add: how come of the five people that expressed the exact same sentiment, I was the only one that got questioned on it?

When I read your post, it appeared that you first spoke of the death scene being shown. Then in the next paragraph you spoke of "it" (Im guessing you meant the documentary in general) being aired and about how Steve probably would have wanted it.
But on a second glance, it almost reads as if you are continuing your thought about the airing of his death and saying he would have wanted that.
I didn't take it that way, but it could be construed that way, I think.

Nooooo noooo I meant the documentary footage in general, not the death scene itself. THAT would be macabre and unneccessary. And horrible. When I said from the day of his death, I meant footage that they shot earlier in the day.

I guess I need to more coherently separate my thoughts. Sorry to anyone who misunderstood me!
