You've actually got the situation quite backwards from what I am living. It seems that he has given all of himself to me except his submission. Frienship, romance, sexually, we are a wonderful match. And as for topping and bottoming, when he's in the mood that works too. But he is the one who does want to be my submissive in any formal, stated way. Though, as I've mentioned before, that all seems to change when we enter our Daddy/girl space...but he's the first one to say that our play is just play and is merely topping/bottoming not d/s.
