According to Planned Parenthood I make too much, enough to pay the $65 a month or whatever, but I still can't afford the $250 a month (plus co-pay) for coverage.  Oh well, maybe someday I will become one of the "elite" and have healthcare coverage

Depending where you live, Planned Parenthood may not offer a sliding scale.  In Texas, they no longer offer it thanks to legislation trying to cut back on abortions.  If you can get a copper IUD, it may be healthier for you because it doesn't rely on hormones.

I tried to do the IUD thing, they don't like to give it to people my age.  There is also the fact that I frequently participate in fighting competitions (well, not as much now, but up until about 6 months it was very frequently) and they were concerned about a punctured kidney.
It's ok.  It would have been bad news a few years ago, but getting preggers now would not be such a terrible thing

Back to the wonderful uses of nailpolish remover, it's also great to remove any bit of hair dye that you get on your skin when dying your hair

That's a great idea! I'll have to remember that one.  I dye my hair whenever I get bored and thought that I was just stuck with dye all over my ears until it wore off.

spankmepink, if I knew that last week I wouldn't have had to deal with black dye on my fingers. And I also tend to get it all over my forehead and near my ears because I keep my hair short.

Would all of this work on black smudges from electrical tape?

I'm wondering if these tips would also help with the residual stickiness left over from taking off a birth control patch. There's always a little ring of dirt, fabric, and adhesive left when I change mine.

that is exactly some of the redisue that i use my baby oil for...i have the ortho evra patch then the duragesic patchand its sooo annoying to have that clump of goo left all of the time

the IUD is goign to make the cramps worse....she doesnt want it for the birth control alone...its to help with menstrual issues
