As a real punishment, for actually doing something totally wrong with no mitigating circumstances? No. Although I'm not sure there are ever no mitigating circumstances or reasons, if only emotions coming into play. But that's a different subject. If you're talking predicament bondage, that's different. That's consensual play. Personally I wouldn't do it on a treadmill, because I've had a stress test and I know that what happens is you keep going at that pace until you're ready to collapse at which point two people jump in. One to turn the damn thing off and another to support you. So just me on a motorized treadmill means he would have to be able to read me well enough to know I was going to fall, and pick me up off the moving treadmill and turn it off later after I was safe. In the cardiologist's office, I just gasped out "now" and they went into action.
