I would like to ask you all about punishment ideas. This one I have been thinking about from time to time it is where for example your told to go on this Automatic motorised tread mill and you have to keep up the pace on it and if you dont you could get a shock or some thing. May I ask could you all tell me your ideas based on and around my above idea. Hope to hear your ideas soon From Simplysubboy.

I would think that falling flat on your face and being rocketed off the ass end of a motorized tread mill would be enough punishment.

As a real punishment, for actually doing something totally wrong with no mitigating circumstances? No. Although I'm not sure there are ever no mitigating circumstances or reasons, if only emotions coming into play. But that's a different subject. If you're talking predicament bondage, that's different. That's consensual play. Personally I wouldn't do it on a treadmill, because I've had a stress test and I know that what happens is you keep going at that pace until you're ready to collapse at which point two people jump in. One to turn the damn thing off and another to support you. So just me on a motorized treadmill means he would have to be able to read me well enough to know I was going to fall, and pick me up off the moving treadmill and turn it off later after I was safe. In the cardiologist's office, I just gasped out "now" and they went into action.

how about making him dig a hole in the ground and bury him with hands and feet tied up to his neck,then when it gets cold put a bucket over his exposed only head.....now if you want to be really creative put the garden hose close by and turn on real slow then go to bed and get some rest from the i want and need slave, *EK DECKER*

My late sub and I had a photograph taken during an event we were at. It was simply a portrate. A year into our relationship she did something that surprised, hurt and totally shocked me. Her actions caused a serious breach in trust and I was extreemly angry with her. Not one to scream and rant or beat someone in anger I had to come up with an appropriate punishment for her. I took the picture out of it's frame and handed it to her with a pair of scissors and ordered her to cut it up. She cried and sobbed all the while she was cutting it up. It took her nearly an hour and at the end finally cut apart our two clasped hands. I forgave her after a long while, had a new pic taken and we put the incident behind us. Now that is a good actual punishment for an infraction. It chokes me up a little just imagining having to do something like that. But I'm still unsure if the OP is talking about actual punishment or something else alltogether.

To be honest, the way the question is phrased sounds like the op wants us all to discuss his fantasy, he wants our ideas based on and around the scenario he laid out, I think it's like, the kind of punishment he fantisizes about getting...

In that case, I still think that the picture of someone falling and shooting off the back of a treadmill a-la-jackass style will keep me forever giggling.

NO GO AHEAD...use the sinario....I used it on my slave when she lied to me by omission..left her in back yard all night,but be careful of hypotherma..she will be really cold and scared .....GOT HER ATTENTION next time I will take he to the coast where the ocean can do it's work and the sand crabs........EK DECKER..aka CHATT22NOOGA

subbyboy, perhaps the greatest punishment for you would be for the Dom or Domme involved to decide these things and not allow you to select or dictate your punishments?

My favorite - non - sexual punishments are.... making some one stand on their tippy toes with arms extended ...... Best yet is making some one jump up and down for 5 minutes - 10 minutes. Though if they have good endurance i usually make some one do it until they are close to tears. when i was in the army - the DS had me get down into a push up form and STAY there until i could manage to say what i was supposed to say properly. Unfortunetly i could never get it out RIGHT - but i did end up winning, cos when i started going into a full body shake he told me to get up before i hurt myself. = ) Endurance punishments are FUN and can really whup some one as well as build up body strength. i've been torturing my siblings with it for years. Even one so simple as making some one hold their arms out to the side ends up being major torture. If you want to make it really fun.. every time their arms start to "fall" tack on another 5 minutes. Timing of course... all depends on endurance and you have to modify it when they start to hit tears.
