During the first trimester, you're probably ok doing things that do not involve the front pelvic area. That area should be totally off limits until at least 6 weeks after the baby is born, assuming a normal delivery. During the second trimester, leaning over for a spanking/paddling without putting pressure on your belly should be ok. Nothing that keeps you on your back for more than like 10 minutes at a time or keeps your arms above your head for more than 5 minutes. Too much of a blood flow decrease to the baby. (this includes arms above the head in a supine position - on your back) Personally, i'd stay away from anything that gets adrenaline flowing in the 3rd trimester. All those emotional chemicals go through the placenta all during your pregnancy, and what you may experience as pleasure, your baby may not. The less your baby is exposed to any possible conflicting emotional situations, the better, ie. spanking is pleasure/spanking is pain. If the Dominant one is not the pregnant one, He may not have a fun time during the pregnancy, since the pregnant one MUST come first. edited to fix gramatical stuff, of course, and to add that i have been pregnant and given birth twice. (Ahhhhh, the memories of thinking that extra estrogen would make me 'feel more like a female'.)
