With all the loss in my life in the past 4 months I sat down and wrote in my journal this morning all the things in my life that I am thankful for. Often times, through all the heartache and pain we forget the many blessings in our lives...Forgive me if I preach on...what are you thankful for today?
 
**I am thankful that God has given me four healthy beautiful sons.[:)]

I'm thankful that God saw fit for me to live after my heart surgery,

Im thankful for the first winter freeze because no more grass cutting ,

I'm thankful i have a roof over my head after living in a car for 3 months

I'm thankful that i can still have love and forgiveness in my heart for thoses who done me wrong
of course the list could go on  but I'll stop there

It's gonna sound trite but I am just thankful for life. There is alot going on that kinda sorta sucks right now here in my little world but damn, it sure beats the alternative. There is also alot of really amazing good stuff, even in the middle of the bad.

I'm thankful that the parent-teacher conference I had this morning went well.  I wasn't sure which way it might turn, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I'm thankful for my family and friends.

I'm very thankful for my relationship with Daddy.  He has been one of the best friends I have ever known, so patient and kind and loving.  He is one of my heroes...  I love Him.

Snap. I agree - there are millions of people around the world who have no idea what it is like to experience opportunity. Life is good for us, even the bad pales into insignificance compared with those struggling to eke out a subsistence.

Other than that, I'm always thankful for a cup of tea, especially when made by a good woman first thing in the morning :-)

I'm thankful for my health, my friends, my family, my sunflower [:D], my career, my new car, my apartment, and everything that has happened to me in life so far. Not all of it has been good, but all of it has made me the person that I am.

What am I thankful for today?

- Being able to go to class and have in-depth conversations about contract law. There's alot of reasons why I can go, a big one being that I have a rockin' mother who is my role model and inspiration.
- Oral sex.
- Turkey bacon. 
- Portable heaters.
- Organic shampoo.
- Math.
- The "Song Title" thread on collarme. I love word association, especially specific to music.

I'm thankful that today I didn't have to undress at my neuroligist office; I was ever so greatful he didn't dribble on and on about why I waited so long in between visits.  [:)]  It was indeed a good day for me.

I am thankful for my Angel. I wouldnt have made it through the last few days without him.
I am thankful for my coworkers, who had taken down the pictures of their pets in the office until they were sure I was going to be OK seeing them again since mine just passed away.
Lastly I am thankful for my family who are helping me get ready for my move even though I know the dont want me to go.
And I think I'l toss in there I am thankful for you on here, the "regulars" and the wonderful abilities you have to get smoeones mind off of a difficult day and remind us that life goes on.

I am thankful tonite for my health..my blood sugar was 90 which is the lowest it has been ever..I am so happy through organic foods, herbs and prayer I am doing much better[:)]

I am thankful for the open communication that I have with my children...I am spending the night at a friend's house to babysit and my oldest son called to discuss problems with me he is having in school...I am glad we can talk openly
