greetings ,thats the best monopoly idea and money maker i ever heard;
it would not only be great, but ,in demand ,as we all search for recreational land ;all the time;mainstream or not;but, i guess you have to have a landshare person into the s and m culture ,or know someone who has money to invest and put out the idea to others to invest and raise s and m sponsors, to:" group own the real-estate";i heard of pent-houses in boston ,ma.being group owned, by master and slaves, and, they ,inturn take their invited private or favored individuals there ;but, it's who ever they choose,out of all those , that come to their s and m rap groups, at their private homes(initially), that finally gets ,to go there ,to the secretly owned penthouses;that are always group owned by special interests ,otherwise :it could'nt be aforded ,as individually-owned;so the best is for their guest-lists.
it's a great idea ,maybe ,sign a lease ,on a rental camp ground, with a number of peoiple obligated each yr, to make sure no one else rented there;but, theres plenty of cheap land around ;perked ;so showers and portable facilities can be set up ;from here to texas!what about s and m incorp recreational grounds;then you can have investors with one rep.
go purchase for the company;
tax deductable;nonprofit? i met plenty of pros ,with churches for s and m fetish rap groups as rec. places in s and m too....

one thing i'd make sure of is liability insurance(usually cheap and comes with the business you register for....) in case anyone gets hurt
