Pup and I have been talking about an idea like this as well. I'm glad that someone thought to ask! [:)] I suppose the two main issues would be financing and legality. I'm assuming that the mention of DMs came up due to legalities of some sort. Unless everyone has a DM living in their closet or under the bed at home to manage them, it shouldn't be necessary for established couples or families at camp either. Now for larger 'group' type events, yes. Somebody's got to be in charge. For the campground itself... kink-aware camp host would be good. Regular campgrounds typically have a camp host or two living on the premises.
Definately a kewl idea, IMHO.
