Oh, I was teasing you about the hate. It's all good. Re helmets - they do try new technologies, to make helmets lighter (less of a weapon) and also safer (still keeping them as protective as possible. Sometimes those hits will happen, as part of the game, the speed of the game, the way the players move during play. But there is no excuse for the type of hit that was made on Heap. None. Stay tuned for the NFL to start giving one game suspensions, I think it will happen. The Rutgers incident scared a lot of people, and all of the concussions on Sunday. The rules are not changing; the enforcement is.
