Oddly the one weak area of the team has been special teams, which is ironic given Harbaugh's background. As for Tony Romo, I think DAL has been coaching him down, and I think having TO is a mixed blessing at best. Jason Witten, though is a stud. If DAL would simply run the ball more and rely less on its passing game -- I think they'd be in the playoffs.

About Dallas, aren't they still in the hunt for a playoff spot? Trying to figure out the NFC playoff scenarios is more than I can do at this point. Dallas needs to let the over-paid, drama-filled, over-hyped, poisonous one go at the end of the season. He needs a more, dare I say, dominant coach. Of course if Dallas gets in the playoffs they will think all is well and we'll have this fun again next year!

Most humbly Ms. Katy........we are sadly seeing or about to see the best team in the east........not make the playoffs.......you heard me right........GO PATS IN '10 I'm yelling all over.......soooooooo <cough> now I must confess to being fascinated by Big Bens errrrrrrrrrrr...well heck GO STEELERS......(with the caveat that the Pats are better even with cuttie buns Cassels...hehe)

I thought it would be fun/nice to show our teams other side. All NFL teams/players do great charity work at Christmas time. I love when the local news does a piece on what they did each year. One of the things the Patriots do is host a shopping spree, dinner and fun event for children and families strugging financially. After the dinner they had " Wrap your favorite Patriots" game. There was holiday paper, bows, tinsel, ribbon and all the trimmings. It was sooo cute to watch the little ones wrapping these huge men and making human presents out of them and to see how great they were interacting with the kids during this. the small children wrapped legs and low lying body parts, while the older kids did the upper half, and some of them had to get on a step stool. Those are the things other teams' fans never get to see. Soooo, what did your team do this year for the holidays? mbmbn

WOW ! What a season for us. I am extremely happy with the season the Patriots gave us this year, no matter the outcome of the Jet or Balt. game today. With all the key injuries and players being swapped out like bingo chips, their resilience shined thru. The coaching staff worked miracles with what they had. Hats off to them too . I may even be more proud of this banged up team than I was in 2000. To those of you who already clinched: Congrats ! To those of you waiting to see if you are in or you are out, good luck. mbmbn PS: Go J-E-T-S ! < I feel so dirty saying that> [;)]

Yeah, did you see all the shots of his facial grimaces today? I bet he was thinking, "Damn, why can't I have Chad Pennington on MY team." What did Favre end with, something like 23 interceptions this season?
