Status: offline 		I had a question for everyone on the board because of the recent thread on objectification and humiliation. I was wondering if most of the women here have fantasies concerning their own humiliation, degradation, or objectification. I include being "used" as a sex toy objectification and name calling humiliation. I think most women have had these fantasies at some point in their lives, but if I am wrong about that I would surely like to know that too because I would have learned something.

So even if you wouldn't want to do something in reality, do you fantasize about humiliation/objectification?

Status: offline 		This is a really strong desire for me, and one that has existed for a long time. I personally believe there is something biological in it for us all and I agree with you that most women have some thoughts and desires in this area at some time. For me objectification is sweet and gut wrenching all at the same time. Humiliation is in many ways just like that too. I think my blush reflex is hard wired to my clitoris and I have a lot of other women say much the same thing.

I also fantasized about it on some level long before I started to play with it bdsm.

Status: offline 		The best book I've read on this is called My Secret Garden, Women's Sexual Fantasies, by Nancy Friday.  It's a bit on the old side these days, but still very relevant and a good read- probably an eye opener for many women.

Yes, most women have fantasies that would be considered objectifying and humiliating to some degree. 

Let's just say I was enjoying my fantasies of being anally raped and forced conception in the shower happily by the age of 10.

  I've actually heard  a similiar statement from a huge fan of objectification and humiliation. she also loved being slapped and dragged about by her longhair, especially if there were goldenshower spouts available to purportedly cool her ardor, but, I only witnessed a girl working an eager crowd at the partys that she attended. heheheheheheheee
Creative play can be taxing and sometimes out of the question, especially if you have time constraints that limits physicial interactions so, I've always enjoyed a girl that reacted to some imaginative humiliation and verbal creativity and that enjoys the scenarios of being exposed to others view, and the most remerable of them couldn't hide her excitement because of her very active and obvious 'Slickum Factor'.

LA - I read that book many years ago.  It was somewhat of an eye opener for me, but like you I've had objectification/humiliation fantasies since childhood, so I related to a lot of it as well.  I had completely forgotten about that book.  She has a couple along those lines. 

My fantasies now are much more than I think I would ever want to act out in r/l...but I would like a taste of them.

Lol, until I read Nancy Friday (over 20 years ago, maybe?) I had no idea women had fantasies! After all, where I was, and in that day, there weren't forums, and certainly "normal" girls didn't talk about things like that! The book was a real groundbreaker, not only for individuals but, by accumulation, for the culture of sex.

Status: offline 		For those interested in looking up 'My Secret Garden', there is also 'Forbidden Flowers', also by Nancy Friday, and 'Shared Intimacies', by Lonnie Barbach.  These are both in the same vein.

If we wish to learn more about men, Nancy Friday also wrote 'Men in Love'.

I'm pretty sure I had all of these books even before I entered the Lifestyle.  I guess you could say I knew about fantasies, just didn't know that people lived them out.

Absolutly not and I never have. I lived through enough painful humlitation and objectification episodes to last me a life time, no way in hell I would ever want to do it 'playing' .

Status: offline 		I too read that book as soon as it came out. I think it was when I was still a teen if I am recalling correctly. It blew my mind. I remember having one of those "wow I am not alone" moments.

Even when I first started out I would cringe at the humilation part, but eventually somewhere along the lines I really got into it. Hearing Daddy call me names with MY in front of it makes me smile now and I really do get into the humiliation part more.

I don't like humiliation....maybe I'm still at the cringing stage, or maybe I never will.  Some terms can really pop me out of the zone...I can get overly literal at times.

On the other hand, I really enjoy objectification.

To me, it was a relief, in more ways than one
1. I was not the only sick puppy out there
2. i had porn! for the first time!

Humiliation does things for me. Dont know why, dont know how. But its not sexual, i know that much. More a littleone space. Makes me feel like Alice in Wonderland, after the potion. Now that i can relate to. Wonderful stuff.
